
Gilpin Point is approximately 35 acres (Phase I and II) and boasts access to miles of magnificent white beaches, which are spotted with breathtaking coral heads for off shore snorkeling. The crystal clear ocean, exotic fruit trees, duck pond, vibrant Bahamian parrots, and honeycomb rocks help to create an unmatched atmosphere.
Quarry roads are in place, and an electrical grid has been implemented by BEC (Bahamas Electricity Corporation). Additionally, there are construction plans for a beachfront clubhouse in the common area of the subdivision.
Contrary to many vacation resorts, Gilpin Point will offer exclusivity to its owners and those who rent. Public access to the beach, roads and any recreational facilities through the subdivision will be strictly prohibited. Our objective is to create a relatively untouched community our clients can escape to; a paradise where the outside world seems a little more distant and relaxation is the number one priority.
An exciting long-term endeavor is the construction of a marina that will allow for the launching of boats up to 25 feet. All of the necessary natural elements are present in order to make this project plausible. The marina is just one of the many exhilarating prospects for the future of Gilpin Point Subdivision.
